Garrett Phelan

Garrett Phelan (born 1965) is an artist from Dublin, Ireland. His art takes the form of site-specific drawing projects, FM radio broadcasts, sculptural installations, photography and animation.[1][2][3]

Life and work

Some of his projects include Black Brain Radio,[4] HEED FM,[5] and Free Thought FM.[6][7]
