Fairy Racing is a fictional game series inspired by 1990s arcade racing games, featuring original music created using Suno, and CGI animations that aim to bring the characters and worlds from the game to life. The series began as a collection of mock-up screenshots on Instagram starring chibi fairies in go karts, usually racing on clouds. It was then accompanied by a modern-day CGI adaptation starring Elkana, the game's main character, as well as other characters from the game, with updated designs and voice artists. The series has appeared in a number of anime conventions, such as Derpycon 2024,[1] Kogaracon 2025,[2] and Clovercon 2025.[3]

Plot summary

[edit]

The series is split up into several different "games", all taking place in the 1990s, featuring low-poly 3D graphics akin to that of the fifth console generation. Each of the games is centered around a different theme, including springtime, outer space, Christmas, Lunar New Year, mathematics, and more. Most of the games were released on the Претендо 64, while others, such as Fairy Racing Deluxe, were released on the STI Datacast. The first game was rivaled by Goblin Kart, which also received its own animated series.[4]
