Early Start with Rahel Solomon is an American early-morning news program broadcast by CNN. It is currently anchored by Rahel Solomon and airs from from 5:00 to 6:00 a.m. ET.

It premiered on March 10, 2025.[1] Although being initially announced as 5 Things with Rahel Solomon,[2][3] the program instead aired under the Early Start name. In doing so, it took the branding of a program that had been broadcast by CNN from 2012 to 2024, which itself had been rebranded as CNN This Morning in early 2024.[4]
