I was pinged to work on this draft. This draft is a mess and the contentious reviews and dialogue in the draft space made it prohibitive to working on it here. I therefore decided to create a new article from scratch which is now in article space. I did find one biographical entry on the subject in a published reference work, as well as other materials which I have used to source the new article.
