I added the appropriate information to allow you to submit it. However, if you were to submit it now, it would be declined quickly, as you have no sources. Your draft is promotional in nature. The main purpose of a Wikipedia article is to summarize what independent reliable sources with significant coverage have chosen on their own to say about the subject, showing how it meets the special Wikipedia definition of notability. Wikipedia is not a place to just tell about something.

Thank you for useful information. What type of sources i need? In context of "software application". It's not promotional coz i don't get any charge for my software (it's freeware). What i need to avoid COI ? I wrote artice without any comparsion. Simple text with dry description of application. Is there any "bad" things?
