Article justification

I submitted this article and addressed the feedback from Jannatulbaqi. Richard Harrison is a prolific architect in the US southwest region and in particular in Palm Springs. It is interesting to me that there is an article for his design partner Donald Wexlar but not for Harrison. Harrison is attributed in every article and citation that is used in the Wexlar article. I have expanded the content to allow for more citations. Hopefully that works. The article on Harrison is now significantly more detailed than the Wexlar article.
