Notability WP:POLITICIAN

I think this page meets the WP:POLITICIAN because Donahue holds state-wide office, as indicated in bullet one. It’s a little confusing because Washington, DC does not have official statehood, but for all intents and purposes, DC operates as a state, making its political figures state officers.
