  • Comment: The gibberish clutter is still there. Perhaps you will sort that out. 🇵🇸‍🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦‍🇵🇸 19:21, 15 May 2025 (UTC)
  • Comment: Use of an LLM its very lazy writing and usually produces advertorial. You have wasted the length of time this has been inthe review queue for yourself, and reviewer time in reviewing this thing that you have not written.
You have also not used our submission process, but a malformed template known to be produced by AI whcih creates a load of clutter below it. 🇵🇸‍🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦‍🇵🇸 19:20, 15 May 2025 (UTC)

Yang Mulia Tunku Ines Najihah Raden, known professionally as Ines, is a Malaysian singer. Ines made her musical debut in 2024, and her singles — including Andai (2024) and Radar (2025) — are released under Rocketfuel Entertainment.

Early life and background

[edit]

Ines was born into the royal family of Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. She is the youngest grandchild of Malaysia’s 10th King, Tuanku Ja’afar, and a direct descendant of the Negeri Sembilan royal household. While carrying a distinguished royal lineage, Ines has chosen to chart her own course in the creative arts.

She completed her primary and secondary education at Garden International School, where she was immersed in a global academic environment that nurtured both intellectual curiosity and artistic expression. She went on to pursue a degree in Computer Science at the University of Nottingham, balancing her studies with a steadily rising music career.

Career

[edit]

2024: Debut with Andai

[edit]

Ines made her musical debut on 27 September 2024 with the single Andai, a collaboration with Qaseh and written by Edry Abdul Halim. The track marked her entry into the Malaysian music industry and was accompanied by a dance-focused music video that highlighted her youthful energy and on-screen presence. Post-production for the video was handled by Asia Pacific Video Lab (APV)...[1]

The release was covered in both entertainment and mainstream publications, including *The Star*[2], *Berita Harian*[3], *Kosmo!*[4], *New Straits Times*[5], *Utusan TV*[6], *Murai*[7], *Oh Bulan!*[8], and *Harian Metro*[9]

2025: Radar and artistic evolution

[edit]

Her second single, Radar, released on 10 April 2025, marked a shift in tone and artistic direction. Written by Shazriq Azeman, Omar K, and Iqie Hugh, the track explores emotional turbulence and inner searching. Ines described the release as her “true solo expression,” reflecting a more personal stage in her musical journey.

The Music Video for Radar was filmed in Jakarta and at Pantai Goa Langir Sawarna in Indonesia. While the direction and production were handled by a creative team led by LVCID, the core concept — featuring oceanic symbolism and the figure of a “queen of the sea” — was suggested by Ines herself, aligning the visual tone with the emotional themes of the song. Post-production was again managed by Asia Pacific Video Lab (APV).[10]

Artistry

[edit]

Ines’s musical style blends emotional themes with pop rock elements, often touching on topics such as identity, heartbreak, and self-discovery. She is also known for her involvement in the visual and conceptual aspects of her work, frequently contributing ideas that shape the direction of her music videos.

Her artistic development has been guided by key mentors. She credits producers Omar K and Iqie Hugh with helping shape her sound and creative identity. She has trained under respected Malaysian vocal coach Cikgu Siti Hajar Ismail, known for her work with numerous established performers.
