History

- In October 2019, Weave raised a $70 million Series D funding round at a private valuation of $970 million, led by Tiger Global Management.[6]
- In December 2019, Weave announced plans to expand its Utah operations, projecting the creation of nearly 1,000 jobs over the next decade.[7]
- In December 2020, Roy Banks was appointed chief executive officer (CEO), succeeding founder Brandon Rodman.[8][5]
- Weave held its IPO on October 18, 2021, and began trading on the NYSE.[3]
- Brett White, previously the company's chief operating officer (COO), became CEO in October 2022.[9]
- In October 2024, Weave launched Call Intelligence, a generative AI-powered platform designed to automate call categorization and generate insights from patient communication data.[10]
