Voucherify is a SaaS promotion and loyalty management platform, founded in 2013 in Katowice, Poland, by Tomasz Pindel, Michał Sędzielewski, and Paweł Rychlik.
As of 2025, the company is headquartered in Katowice, Poland, with a distributed team operating across Europe and North America.
History
[edit]Voucherify originated within the Katowice startup ecosystem and initially operated from Fabryka Porcelany, a technology hub in the Silesia region of Poland.[1]
In 2021, Voucherify became the first loyalty platform to join the MACH Alliance, an industry group advocating for open, best-of-breed enterprise technology ecosystems based on microservices, API-first, cloud-native SaaS, and headless principles.[2]
Voucherify has been recognized in several industry reports and certifications. In 2025, the company was included in Gartner’s Market Guide for Loyalty Program Vendors, reflecting its capabilities in supporting customer engagement and retention initiatives.[3] It was featured in Forrester’s Now Tech: Promotions and Offer Management Providers, Q3 2021, which profiled key players in the promotion and offer management market.[4] In addition, Voucherify holds the Digital Quality Mark Certification (DQE), demonstrating adherence to European standards of digital excellence.[5]
Services
[edit]Voucherify provides a promotion and loyalty management platform that includes coupons, referrals, gift vouchers, in-cart promotions and loyalty programs.
Voucherify is available as a cloud-hosted solution, with support for deployment via Amazon Web Services (AWS).[6]
Industry Impact
[edit]Voucherify is part of the broader trend of modular, API-based marketing technology (martech) tools. Its solution allows businesses to move away from monolithic marketing suites and adopt more flexible promotion and loyalty capabilities. This is particularly valuable in an era where personalized and omnichannel marketing are becoming standard expectations from consumers.[7] The platform is used by a wide range of international brands across industries, including Breville, Michelin, John Deere, and KFC, supporting use cases such as promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized offers.
