Víctor Luis Paredes Marshall (born September 8, 1974, in Caracas, Venezuela), known professionally as Bily Paredes, is a Venezuelan journalist, producer, and television host.[citation needed]

Biography
[edit]Paredes was born in Caracas. He is the son of Víctor Paredes Medina, a doctor and journalist who hosted the TV program En Confianza on Venezolana de Televisión in 1984, and Jean Marshall, a former criminal judge in Caracas. He studied Social Communication at the Central University of Venezuela, graduating in 2002.
Career
[edit]Bily Paredes began his career in the early 1990s as a production assistant in theater and television. He co-founded the alternative media outlets Caracas on the Rocks and Venezuela on the Rocks in 1999. From 2002 to 2005, he was executive producer of the television program TV On the Rocks, aired on ATEL in Venezuela.
Since relocating to the United States, Paredes has worked on various television and digital projects, including:
- *Los Exitosos*[1] (2021–present) – A celebrity and lifestyle interview show, broadcast on EVTV Miami, Caraota Digital, and the streaming platform Two Miami.
- *En las Buenas y En las Malas* (2021–present) – Producer General for the show hosted by Scarlet Ortiz and Yul Bürkle.
- *Que Locura Miami* (2020) – Executive producer.
- *Happy Week* (2020–2021) – Executive producer.
- *Llegando a Tierra* (2019–2020) – Executive producer, featuring Jalimar Salomón and Andreína Álvarez.
- *David Comedia TV* (2019) – Executive producer of both studio and live formats.
He also produced projects such as The Podcast of Las Payasitas Nifu Nifa and El Show de Charly Mata.[citation needed]
