Tom Hanson is a British actor known for his work in television, film, and theatre. He is best recognized for portraying Leslie "Cardi" Titt in the Sky One comedy-drama series Brassic. His other notable roles include appearances in The Outlaws, The Moorside, and Murder on the Orient Express.
Early life and education
[edit]Hanson trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), where he appeared in stage productions such as Betrayal, and She Stoops To Conquer.[1]
Career
[edit]Hanson's television career began with a role as Craig Meehan in the 2017 BBC drama The Moorside, which dramatized the real-life disappearance of Shannon Matthews.[2]
In 2017, he appeared in Kenneth Branagh's film adaptation of Murder on the Orient Express, playing a British military officer.[3]
Since 2019, he has portrayed Cardi in the Sky comedy-drama Brassic, a role which has earned him recognition for his comedic timing and heartfelt performance.[4]
In 2021, Hanson appeared as Spencer in the crime comedy series The Outlaws created by Stephen Merchant.[5]
