The Pipeline Group is a privately held American company that provides outsourced Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams and go-to-market services for B2B technology and private equity firms.[1]

History

The Pipeline Group was founded in 2017 by Ken Jisser in San José, California. It began as a sales consulting firm[2] before expanding its services to include outsourced SDR teams.[3]

According to *Inc. Custom Studio*, Jisser leveraged prior experience in Silicon Valley startups to address high turnover in sales development teams by formalizing training, operations, and performance standards.[2]

As of 2024, the company operated in 28 countries and offered multilingual outreach in more than 36 languages. It remains privately owned and does not rely on outside investment.[4]
