History

The company began operations by converting existing “Fix Color N More” kiosks into The FIX-branded outlets. Its first flagship store opened in New Jersey in 2013. The company subsequently expanded its operations into shopping malls and retail centers across the United States.

In 2020, The FIX added two new partners who had been long-time executives within the company. Their involvement contributed to further development and operational continuity during a period of change in the retail industry.

In 2024, The FIX launched a “store-in-store” concept through a partnership with Walmart, allowing it to offer services within Walmart locations.
