Teig Sadhana is an Australian-English actor based in New York City[1] Teig Sadhana was born on 30 August 1995 in Islington, London, United Kingdom. He graduated from the Conservatory Program at The Stella Adler Studio of Acting in 2024.[2]
Career
[edit]Sadhana's career has encompassed work in London, New York and Australia. He has performed at international arts festivals including Talk Dirty To Me and Perth Fringe.[3] In the United Kingdom, he appeared in Off-West End playhouses such as Figures of Speech,[4] Almeida Theatre,[5] and film productions such as Better Man,[6] Footloose Productions.
He playedthe role of Brick in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof at the Canberra Repertory Theatre.[7] In addition to his acting work, he also self-produced several short films including A Lonely Harvest,[8] Claymates.[9]
As the vertical-storytelling grew in popularity in 2024 Sadhana began appearing in vertical-format dramas distributed through platforms such as ReelShort,[10] ShortMax,[11] DramaBox[12][13] GoodShort[14]

"Hurt Me, Love Me"[27][28] is a drama starring Teig Sadhana as Eric directed by Chen and produced by DramaBox. It was released on 27 December 2024. In "Taming my billionaire's ruthless desire"released in 2 April 2025, he plays the supporting role of James. The drama produced by Shortmax, .[29] In "My Boss is my Secret Sperm Donor"[30][31] Sadhana played the role of the billionaire boss Alec, directed by Stephen and produced by Mapple Crazy studio on Reelshort, and was released on 23 April 2025. "Code of Heiress"[32][33][34] was released on 21 April 2025. Sadhana played the role of the wealthy heir of Griffith family, Daniel Griffith alongside his co-star Anna DeRusso. In May 2025, Sadhana starred as Matthew Bianchi in "After I Divorce, I Enter My Cougar Era,"[35][36] a vertical drama produced by XYZ Entertainment. The series was directed by Silvara Lazaro and officially released on May 8, 2025. The project explores themes of reinvention, maturity, and romantic agency.
