Tahir Hafeez (born January 1995) is a Qatar-based entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist. He owns and operates three businesses: a property rental company in Dubai, an import-export electronics business, and a software development company. Hafeez is known for his comeback story, having built a multimillion-dollar business following significant financial losses during the 2022 cryptocurrency downturn. He is the founder of the Hafeez Foundation, a privately funded non-profit organization supporting healthcare and education initiatives in Pakistan.

Tahir Hafeez was born in January 1995 in Karachi, Pakistan. Raised in modest circumstances, he moved to Qatar to pursue better opportunities and educated himself in technology, finance, blockchain, and real estate investment.

Career

Hafeez began his entrepreneurial journey in 2017, starting a software development company that became a major source of income and helped fund his other ventures. He also established an import-export business specializing in electronics and owns a property rental business in Dubai.

He later expanded his business focus to include digital currency investments and real estate. Despite suffering major losses in the 2022 cryptocurrency market crash, Hafeez restructured his business and launched a blockchain-integrated platform for real estate tokenization and smart contract-based transactions. By 2024, his enterprises reported an annual turnover exceeding US$2 million.

Philanthropy

In addition to his business ventures, Hafeez founded the Hafeez Foundation, a charitable organization that operates independently without accepting public donations. The foundation supports healthcare, education, and food security initiatives in Pakistan.

As of 2025, the Hafeez Foundation:

  • Runs two free thalassemia clinics
  • Provides monthly grocery support to 20 low-income families
  • Sponsors the education of 28 school students, 5 college students, and 8 university students

Hafeez personally funds the foundation and is closely involved in its management.

Personal Life

Hafeez lives in Doha, Qatar and frequently travels to Dubai for business. He holds Canadian nationality. He is recognized for his strong work ethic and philanthropic commitment.
