StratusLIVE is an American software company that provides cloud-based fundraising and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for nonprofit organizations and social good enterprises.
History
[edit]StratusLIVE was established in 2008, with the aim of adapting Microsoft Dynamics CRM for nonprofit fundraising needs.[1] In June 2013, the company raised US$2.3 million in growth capital to expand its U.S. operations.[2] A subsequent funding round in November 2014 secured US$3 million to support product development and client services.[3] In 2021, StratusLIVE partnered with iWave to integrate donor intelligence and wealth screening capabilities into its CRM platform.[4]

[edit]StratusLIVE 365 CRM is an enterprise-class nonprofit CRM built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. It offers modules for donor and donation management, campaign tracking, volunteer coordination, and reporting, and integrates natively with Microsoft Office and Teams.[5]
StratusLIVE Ignite
[edit]StratusLIVE Ignite is an online fundraising and engagement suite that adds modules for customizable donation websites, peer-to-peer fundraising, event management, and workplace giving under the Give at Work program.[6]
Community Volunteer Center
[edit]In January 2025, StratusLIVE launched the Community Volunteer Center, an AI-driven volunteer management platform designed to match volunteers with opportunities based on interests and skills.[7][8]
