From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

St Fittick's Community Park is a public park situated in Torry, Aberdeen.

St Fittick's Church, a scheduled monument,[1] is located in the park.[2]

History

[edit]

St Fittick's Church was founded in the late 12th century and was vacated in 1829.[1]

In 2017, the Scottish Environment Protection Agency and Scottish Water found cyanobacteria in the wetlands following reports of a potent, sewage-like smell in the area.[3]
