Sonia Manchanda is an Indian design strategist, entrepreneur, and creative leader, widely recognised for her significant contributions to design thinking, innovation, and sustainable design practices. She is a founding partner of Spread Design and Innovation and is an active member of the board of directors at the World Design Organization (WDO). Education and Early Career
Manchanda studied design at the prestigious National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad. Her career began with co-founding a design firm, E-sign, which later merged with Tessaract Design to form Idiom Design and Consulting in 2005. Idiom Design, supported by Kishore Biyani’s Future Group, undertook notable projects including the brand identity for the 2010 Commonwealth Games held in Delhi.
