Sharots (Armenian: շարոց, Armenian pronunciation: [ʃɑˈɾɔt͡sʰ]), also known as kaghtsr sujukh (Armenian: քաղցր սուջուխ, lit. 'sweet sujukh') is a traditional Armenian confection made from halved walnut kernels threaded onto a string and coated with a spiced grape-based mixture.
