Savaniee Ravindrra Ghangurde Dhande, known as Savaniee Ravindrra is an Indian playback singer known for her extensive work in Marathi cinema and television. She was awarded the 67th National Film Award for Best Female Playback Singer for the song “Raan Petla” from the Marathi film Bardo (2019).
Early Life and Musical Training
[edit]Savaniee was born to musicians Dr. Ravindra Ghangurde and Dr. Vandana Ghangurde, under whose guidance she received her initial musical training. She further honed her skills in Hindustani classical music under Pt. Pandharinath Kolhapure and trained in ghazal singing with Pt. Ravi Date. She completed her education at Fergusson College, Pune.
Career
[edit]Savaniee began her professional career in music with live performances and quickly became recognized for her versatility. She was among the top five finalists on Idea Sa Re Ga Ma Pa in 2011 and went on to establish herself as a prominent voice in Marathi playback singing.
She has sung the title tracks for several popular Marathi television serials, including Honar Sun Mee Hya Gharchi, Ghadge & Suun, Asa Saasar Surekh Bai, and Tula Japnar Aahe, making her voice a household presence across Maharashtra.
Her playback credits span films such as:

She has also performed in more than 100 shows of Bhavsargam, a concert series curated by Pt. Hridaynath Mangeshkar, and continues to participate in numerous classical and fusion events.
