Sam Tuivaiti (born 17 February 2005) is an Australian professional rugby league footballer who plays as a prop for the Parramatta Eels in the National Rugby League.

Background

Tuivaiti attended Westsfields Sports High School, playing alongside fellow Parramatta junior Blaize Talagi.[2] [3] Tuivait joined Parramatta, playing in their Harold Matthews and SG Ball squad, being selected in the 2022 Australian Schoolboys team. [4] [5] [6] In 2021 and 2023, Tuivaiti was selected for the U16's and U18's City Origin team. [7] [8]

Tuivaiti was selected for the NSW U19's Origin team in 2023 and 2024, coming off the bench in both matches.[9] [10] [11] Tuivaiti was a part of the Eels 2023 SG Ball grand final winning team. [12]

Career

In round 1 2025, Tuivaiti made his NRL debut for Parramatta against the Melbourne Storm, coming off the bench in a 56-18 loss at AAMI Park.[13] In round 7, Tuivaiti scored his first NRL try against the Wests Tigers in a 38-22 win on Easter Monday at Commbank Stadium. [14] [15]

Tuivaiti re-signed with Parramatta until the end of 2027.[16]
