Stoned at Pompeii

Stoned at Pompeii is an alternative rock band formed in Vigo, Galicia, Spain, in 2013. They have consolidated a modern and international sound that transforms rock with progressive, grunge, and art-rock nuances.

History

Founded in 2013 by Adolfo FH (vocals/guitar), Antón F. Piru (bass), Cristián García (drums), and Paul Rodga (guitar), their first single "Heels Are Made to Be Broken" became No. 1 on Myspace Spain and No. 3 on Myspace UK, which opened the door to their first tour in the United Kingdom, including a special performance at the University of Southampton Festival exactly 30 years after Led Zeppelin (January 22, 1973).

They were also selected by Hard Rock Café USA for their international competition Hard Rock Rising.

ANCROIDAL (2017)

In 2017, they released their first album, Ancroidal, with Warner Music. The album received favorable reviews and led them to tour Spain, France, Germany, and the UK, as well as participate in festivals such as the Resurrection Fest. Their main music video was produced with a cinematic aesthetic and was screened in Madrid movie theaters.

Blissphony (2024)

In October 2024, they released their second album, Blissphony, produced by Robin Schmidt Grammy-nominated mixing/mastering engineer (Liam Gallagher, The Hives, Biffy Clyro, Royal Blood, among others). The album marked a sonic leap, incorporating elements such as trumpets, organs, and choral sections.
