Rosario Amparo Majano, also known as Nana de Yucuaiquín, is recognized as a clanmother and patroness of Yucuaiquín. She is associated with the Nana Yucuaiquín lineage, which traces its origins to Bolsones, Honduras, a town known for the celebration of the Black Christ. Majano also referenced the towns of Ojatio (Atillo) and Polorós as part of her family's heritage. Her immediate family later migrated from Bolsones, Honduras, to Usulután, and subsequently settled in Yucuaiquín.
