Redwood Holdings Limited is a UK based subsidiary of Dogwood LLC. It currently owns Reading F.C. along with the Madejski Stadium and Bearwood Training Ground. The owners are Rob Couhig and Todd Trosclair. The company is an investment vehicle for Dogwood LLC, Rob Couhig and Todd Trosclair for expansion into the UK. Located in the UK it a private limited company. [edit]Founded on the 12th of February 2019, it was the investment vehicle of Rob Couhig and Tod Trosclair in the United Kingdom with its American counterpart Dogwood LLC the parent company of Redwood Holdings. On the 14th of May 2025, Reading F.C. announced the purchase of the club by Redwood Holdings after a traumatic 7 years reign of Dai Yongge. The club was bought at £25 million[1] and the Madejski Stadium and Bearwood Training Ground was included in the deal.[2] Ever since the takeover, the company via Couhig has heavily invested in Reading F.C. even before the club was officialy bought.[3]
