Submission declined on 3 April 2025 by Spinster300 (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Comment: Promising, but likely a case of WP:TOOSOON. Also, the provided sources mostly refer to him as Karl Scarlett, and that will likely need to be the name of the article. Kind regards, Spinster300 (talk) 16:23, 3 April 2025 (UTC).

The individual in question holds notable relevance in the public sector, as evidenced by official references from FirstNet.gov and Commerce.gov. These sources affirm the subject's significance in a federally recognized capacity.I kindly request a reconsideration of the submission based on this context and the subject’s professional contributions.
