Rooted in the Yajurveda, Dr. Mukhopadhyay introduces Sobon[29] (সবন) — a process of inner yajna, where japa (repetitive chanting) acts as fuel, generating internal fire that leads to the manifestation of Soma (life-force). Practiced in meditative stillness, Sobon embodies a system where:
Life becomes a sacred offering.
The body is the altar.
Self-realization is the flame.
