Submission declined on 18 August 2023 by Gobonobo (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of music-related topics). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Submission declined on 5 August 2023 by Greenman (talk). This submission does not appear to be written in the formal tone expected of an encyclopedia article. Entries should be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources. Please rewrite your submission in a more encyclopedic format. Please make sure to avoid peacock terms that promote the subject. Declined by Greenman 21 months ago. | ![]() |
Comment: This draft would never be accepted until the unambiguously promotional puffery is removed. The very first sentence does not instill confidence that this is neutrally written. Also, as I mentioned in my first comment below, it is still unclear which criteria (if any) of WP:MUSICBIO are met. ~Anachronist (talk) 20:54, 16 May 2025 (UTC)
Comment: There do not appear to be sufficient reliable sources to warrant an article for this person at this time. Please see WP:MUSICBIO for the specific guideline. gobonobo + c 11:24, 18 August 2023 (UTC)
Comment: It is unclear which criteria of WP:MUSICBIO, if any, are met by Rachel Tugutu. Without that clarity, it is unlikely that this draft would be accepted for publication in article space. ~Anachronist (talk) 04:29, 2 August 2023 (UTC)
