Pranav P Ramesh is an Indian cybersecurity researcher, Sr.Security Engineer, AI Researcher Psychology counsellor and Healer. He has received Hall of Fame recognition from companies like Google and Lenovo and also credited with the discovery of a vulnerability recorded as CVE-2024-0543.
He is the founder and director of Purpossible, a platform dedicated to building an awakened world by helping individuals overcome distractions and reclaim their power to learn, earn, heal, grow, and live with purpose and peace.
Purpossible offers free education to financially disadvantaged students and provides support in the form of scholarships, psychological counseling and therapy, spiritual healing and yoga, and a values-based educational model focused on holistic development. Currently providing mentorship in integrated cybersecurity, psychology, and artificial intelligence as part of his initiative, Project Secure Human, through his platform called Purpossible.
Career
[edit]Pranav began his career in the cybersecurity industry by focusing on Cybersecurity, ethical hacking, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, Artificial Intelligence and psychology.He has worked as a Senior Security Engineer and Security Analyst at various companies, including multinational corporations. He has also contributed to ethical hacking workshops across educational institutions and currently provides mentorship in ICPAI course as part of his initiative, Project Secure Human, through Purpossible.
He has actively collaborated with cybersecurity communities and government-affiliated initiatives such as the Kerala Police Cyberdome.[1]
Achievements
[edit]- In 2024, Pranav was listed in the Google and Lenovo Hall of Fame for responsibly disclosing a critical vulnerability in Gmail systems.[2]
- He was awarded the "Unsung Hero" title by Canza Technology Consultants for significant behind-the-scenes contributions to corporate cybersecurity.
- He was credited with the discovery and reporting of the vulnerability identified as CVE-2024-0543.[3]
Public Engagement and Media
[edit]Pranav has conducted hands-on cybersecurity training for students and professionals, aiming to reduce fear and stigma around hacking and digital defense. In an interview published on YouTube, he discussed his background and motivation in entering cybersecurity.[4]
