This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of music-related topics). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). "The Path to the Moon" is a song created by Eric Thiman, with lyrics by Madeline C. Thomas. While it was written and recorded many years back in 1956, it was officially published only on October 4, 2016, and later added to the album "Music of Eric Thiman" by The Eric Thiman Singers from Caterham School. The lyrics depict sailing on a bright, moonlit sea, with sparkling waves that inspire a strong sense of adventure.
Composition
[edit]The music is in Ab Major and regularly changes without repeating sections. The rhythm is 6/8, so there are two beats per measure.
