Panda Hub is an online platform offering mobile car detailing services. It connects car owners with certified detailing professionals who provide on-demand interior and exterior car care at customers' locations through its web-based booking platform and mobile application.
History
[edit]Panda Hub was founded by Reza Ahmadi in Toronto, Canada, initially launching with only three mobile car detailers in 2020. The platform expanded significantly, eventually covering 15 states in United States of America and two provinces in Canada, and supporting over 1,000 certified detailing professionals by 2024.
In 2024, Panda Hub announced further expansion and a continued commitment to sustainability, requiring detailers to use eco-friendly products and water-conservation methods to minimize environmental impact.[1][2]
Panda Hub has raised around $1.3 million in total funding, with most of it coming from an oversubscribed seed round in May 2024 led by NBA player Dillon Brooks, who was one of three investors.[3]
Platform
[edit]Panda Hub operates a hybrid marketplace model, providing detailed quotes generated through a smart pricing system that factors in vehicle type, condition, location, and local demand. Customers book directly online, receiving upfront pricing without hidden fees.
Detailing services provided through the platform include full interior and exterior detailing, ceramic coatings, engine bay cleaning, headlight restoration, odor removal, leather care, and motorcycle detailing. Panda Hub is frequently referred to as an "Uber-like" platform for car detailing.[4]
