Pamela Neferkará is an American marketing professional. She is the founder and principal of Elmira Street Associates, based in Portland, Oregon.
Education
[edit]She has a B.S. degree in business administration from Old Dominion University, and an MBA degree in marketing from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.[1] She is married to Laushon Neferkará.[1]
Career
[edit]Pamela serves as an independent director and advisor to the CEO of Hanna Andersson, an e-commerce retailer specializing in children's apparel. In this role, she provides guidance on brand strategy, talent development, partnerships, and influencer and celebrity endorsements. Previously, she served as the independent director for Cover FX Cosmetics.[2]

- Advising on brand organization and talent strategy for MTV Entertainment.
- Retail strategy consulting for Freeland Spirits, a women-owned distillery (Investor).
- Advisory Board Member for Main Street Hospitality Group.
- Investor in Kann Restaurant, recipient of the 2023 James Beard Award for Best New Restaurant.
- Advisor to Overtime Select, a high school girls' basketball league.[3]
Roles at Nike
[edit]Pamela previously worked at Nike as the vice president of retail brand marketing[4] for its $15 billion North America region, leading a team of 200 employees. During her tenure, she oversaw Nike's e-commerce growth.[5] She led Nike's global marketing efforts for e-commerce expansion in Japan and China. In Western Europe, she managed Nike's retail brand function, overseeing a $150 million/€193 million annual budget and a team of 150 employees.
She was the marketing director for the Jordan Brand,[6][7] and was the director of demand creation for NIKEGodess, a line of Nike women's boutiques.[8]
At Nike, Pamela introduced alternative work schedules, was the first single-parent expatriate, and participated in the Black Employee Network, the company's largest employee affinity group.[9]
