Submission declined on 11 June 2025 by Theroadislong (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Wolfensberger is the founder of Peach Property Group, a real estate company listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. One of the group's developments is the Schooren project in Kilchberg on Lake Zurich, noted for its architecture and amenities, including an indoor harbor. The site has housed a number of well-known residents, including Friedrich Christian Flick and Denise Rich, the former spouse of commodity trader Marc Rich.[1][2]
In addition to Peach Property, Wolfensberger established Swiss Property, a real estate development firm with operations primarily in Switzerland, and Hyperion Fintech, a company focused on algorithmic trading technologies for capital markets.[3]
He serves on the board of Ulyssia Residences, the developer of the planned Ulyssia gigayacht. The vessel is a 320-metre residential yacht that is expected to include 133 private residences and 22 guest suites.[4]
In 2005, Wolfensberger founded the Kispi-Ball, a charitable event supporting the University Hospital Zurich in its mission to expand access to specialized medical care beyond Switzerland's borders.[5]
