Nory is a software company that provides an AI-based restaurant management system. Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, the company develops tools for hospitality businesses to forecast sales, plan labour, manage inventory, and monitor performance. Nory’s platform is used by restaurants across Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
History
[edit]Nory was founded in 2019 by Conor Sheridan, an entrepreneur and former operator of the Dublin-based restaurant group Mad Egg. The company was established to address operational challenges in multi-site hospitality businesses, including staffing inefficiencies, inventory waste, and inaccurate sales forecasting.
In 2025, Nory raised a US$16 million (€14.7 million) Series A funding round led by Accel, with participation from Cavalry Ventures, Playfair Capital, Samaipata, and Triplefair. The investment brought the company’s total funding to approximately US$25 million and was intended to support further product development and international growth.
