Early life and youth career

[edit]

Nouhaili began playing competitive football at the age of 11 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She played for local club teams, including Albion SC DA and Players SC. In addition, she represented Nevada in the Olympic Development Program.

At Centennial High School[3], Nouhaili started playing junior varsity football at the age of 12. She continued to play both Varsity and Junior Varsity throughout her high school years, finishing her senior year with the teams.

Club career

[edit]

Nora Nouhaili played collegiate soccer at Upper Iowa University from 2020 to 2023. During her time at the university, she accelerated her academic progress by taking additional course credits and graduated early with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Following her graduation, she began her professional career by signing with RS Berkane. At the time, the club competed in Morocco’s second division. Nouhaili remained with RS Berkane during their promotion and played with the team in their first season in the top division. In 2025, she signed with Wydad AC.

International career

[edit]

Nouhaili received her first international call-up in 2023 with the Morocco U20 national team to participate in the UNAF U-20 Women’s Tournament[4]. She featured in all matches of the tournament and scored the decisive goal in the final game, securing the title for Morocco[5]. She later represented the Morocco U23 team, making one appearance in a match against Cameroon.

Nouhaili was subsequently called up to the senior Morocco women’s national team for a series of friendly matches. In 2025, she was selected to represent the Tunisia women’s national team at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON). She made one appearance, starting in Tunisia’s final group stage match against Botswana.[6]
