Nilesh Devankar is an Indian social worker, technologist, and community service advocate recognized internationally for his contribution through the NGO Vishwaguru Shri Basav Foundation.

Nilesh Devankar was born into a middle-class family in India. He pursued his education in Computer Science and Engineering, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree.
