Netcore Cloud is a global marketing technology company that specializes in AI-powered customer engagement technologies.[1][2] Headquartered in Mumbai, India, the company operates in over 40 countries and serves more than 6,500 brands across e-commerce, retail, banking and financial services, media and entertainment, and travel industries.[3][4]
History
[edit]Netcore Cloud was founded on December 9, 1997, by Rajesh Jain in Mumbai, India. Originally known as Netcore Solutions, the company was rebranded as Netcore Cloud Pvt. Ltd. three years ago.[5][6][7]
In 1997, Netcore started as a provider of end-to-end Linux-based messaging, collaboration, and archiving services.[8] By 2006, Netcore Cloud introduced MOBILITY SMS SOLUTION, an SMS marketing platform for enterprises.[9][10] In 2009, the company launched India's first enterprise-grade email marketing platform.[11]
In 2012, Netcore developed MOBILITY VOICE SOLUTION, which offered IVR, Missed Call, and Outbound Dialing (OBD) services.[10] In 2015, Netcore Cloud introduced Netcore SMARTECH, India's first cross-channel marketing automation platform.[12]
Between 2016 and 2017, the company expanded globally to Southeast Asia, Africa, and the United States, while also launching a new brand identity.[13] In 2019, Netcore Cloud integrated analytics, chatbots, AI, and machine learning capabilities into its services.[14][15] In the same year, the company acquired Boxx.ai by for approximately $500,000.[16][17]
In 2020, Netcore Cloud expanded its capabilities by acquiring Quinto.ai[18] and Hansel.io for undisclosed amounts.[19] In March 2022, the company bought Unbxd.ai for approximately $100 million.[20][21][22]
In 2024, Netcore Cloud won Gold for the Innovative Customer Experience Management Solution and the Best Email Marketing Platform at the ET Martech+ 2024 Awards.[23]
Its products include a Customer Engagement Platform, Email Marketing, Search & Product Discovery, Personalization Platform, Omnichannel Marketing, and Marketing Automation Platform.[24][25]
