Mercedes-Benz Places is a mixed-use real estate development under construction in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida. Developed by JDS Development Group in partnership with Mercedes-Benz, the project marks the German automaker's debut in the residential sector in North America. Comprised of two 64-story towers, the complex will include approximately 791 residential units, a 200-room hotel, retail and office spaces, as well as green areas integrated into Southside Park.

Architecture and Design

The architectural design is led by SHoP Architects, with landscape architecture by Field Operations. The towers' aesthetic incorporates elements of Mercedes-Benz's distinctive design language, such as aerodynamic lines and clean geometric forms, reflecting the brand's "Sensual Purity" design philosophy.

Features and Amenities

The development will offer a wide range of amenities for residents, including: Silver Arrow[1] Lounge: an exclusive rooftop space inspired by Mercedes-Benz's automotive heritage.'Formula 1 Simulator[2]: offering an immersive racing experience. Recording Studio: equipped with acoustic insulation and specialized lighting. In addition, the project includes over 130,000 square feet of amenity and hospitality areas, featuring state-of-the-art fitness centers, pools, and wellness spaces.

Sustainability and Mobility

Mercedes-Benz Places integrates sustainable and mobility solutions, such as electric vehicle charging stations, valet services, and shared bicycles and scooters.

Location and Impact

Located in Brickell, known as Miami's financial center, the project is close to the Metromover public transit system and The Underline linear park. The redevelopment of Southside Park[3], included in the project, aims to improve accessibility and connectivity in the area.

The development will consist of 67-story towers[4] and feature approximately 800 luxury condominium residences, a 200-room boutique hotel, retail and office spaces, as well as green areas integrated into Southside Park.

Since its launch, the project has drawn significant attention in Miami's luxury real estate market. The first tower sold 100 units within just four days, reflecting strong demand for high-end residences in the area.
