The facilities employ lean manufacturing, no‑fault‑forward workstations, and are certified under IATF/ISO/OHSAS standards.

[edit]The company’s R&D center in Maraimalai Nagar is accredited by India’s Department of Scientific & Industrial Research and holds multiple patents (five patents on SASA products).[5][6] The Pillaipakkam foundry produces safety‑critical SG iron castings for both MEI and external customers, exporting finished castings to the U.S. and Europe.[7]

- Clutch boosters: Developed through in‑house R&D with 13 variants.
