He completed his schooling at PMM Inner Wheel School and played Handball and Football at the national level during his school and college years. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor's in Physical Education.
Career
[edit]Mumbai Schools Sports Association (MSSA)
[edit]Bing served as the Hockey Secretary of MSSA until February 2022. Under his leadership, MSSA hosted competitive inter-school hockey tournaments and promoted grassroots talent. His tenure saw involvement from noted sports personalities such as Sardar Singh and Elena Norman. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he initiated digital programs, webinars, and hockey skill competitions to engage students. His initiatives earned recognition on the Olympic Channel.[1]
Association for Sports Industry Professionals (ASIP)
[edit]In 2025, Bing was appointed Head of the School Sports Division at ASIP India. His role involves policy-making, planning, and promoting structured sports programs at the school level across India, with a focus on inclusivity and access to infrastructure.
Lawrence Football Foundation
[edit]Bing founded the Lawrence Football Foundation to support and train underprivileged youth in football. The foundation provides coaching and career pathways for aspiring players in Mumbai.
