Landon Bruski (born June 19, 2006) is the owner of Bruski Branding Services and 2023 Alabama Senator to the Boys Nation Convention. In 2023, as a student of Madison County High School, Bruski was elected Lieutenant Governor to Governor Thomas Fleming of the Boys State. Bruski was awarded various commerce-related scholarships, as well as Huntsville's forty-under-forty in 2025 for his business interest at a young age.[1][2]
History
[edit]Bruski lived in Battle Creek, Michigan. He moved to Huntsville, Alabama in 2022. He began studying business administration and marketing at the University of Alabama in 2024.[1]
Entrepreneurship
[edit]At 17, Bruski founded Bruski Branding Services, a digital marketing firm which offers web development, branding and marketing services to small businesses across the nation, while enrolled at Madison County High School. He was inspired by his mother's dog grooming company and her lack of knowledge surrounding social media and graphic design. His business was rooted in helping his mother, then expanded to small projects with members of his church, and eventually into a full-fledged business operating nationwide. In 2023, he received a Better Business Bureau Torch Scholarship to honor "overall integrity, character, achievements, contributions to their communities and schools, and academic accomplishments." In 2024, he was awarded a Society of Defense Financial Management national scholarship. His young entrepreneurial spirit granted him a spot on the Huntsville Business Journal's forty-under-forty list in 2025.[1][3]
Community
[edit]In 2024, Bruski served as his high school's National Honor Society President. He was recognized by Tennessee Valley Living on WAFF 48 for juggling school and extracurriculars with giving back to the community. Together with the 40+ members of his school's National Honor Society, they raised money for Huntsville Animal Services and packaged thousands of meals for local delivery.[4]
Boys State
[edit]In 2023, Bruski attended the Alabama Boys State Convention at Troy University. This week long event housed fifty senior high school students from across the Madison County schools in Madison County, Alabama. The group simulates local, county and state governments after dividing into groups representing cities and electing officials for each level of government. Bruski was elected Lieutenant Governor by the class, second to the elected Governor, Thomas Fleming. The pair represented Alabama at the week-long Boys Nation Convention in Washington, D.C. in July. As Alabama Boys State Senators, the two traveled to Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia among a nationwide group of 100 total students for the Boys Nation Convention. Similar to Boys State, this group elected a federal government and began passing legislation after debate. They also traveled to the capital and met lawmakers.[2]
