Landmaster (also known as American LandMaster) is an American manufacturer of gas and electric utility task vehicles (UTVs), headquartered in Columbia City, Indiana. Landmaster produces side-by-sides used in farming, hunting, landscaping, and recreational off-road use. All Landmaster UTVs are assembled in the United States.
History
[edit]Landmaster originated as Manco Products, founded in 1959 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The company began by manufacturing go-karts and minibikes. In the early 2000s, Manco transitioned into utility vehicle production. After changes in ownership and strategic direction, the brand re-emerged as American LandMaster in 2009, later shortening to Landmaster in the early 2020s.
Products
[edit]Landmaster builds both gas and electric-powered UTVs. Notable product lines include:
- AMP Series: Electric UTVs designed for low-noise, low-maintenance operation.
- Gas Series: Utility vehicles powered by gas engines.
Most models feature the company’s proprietary L-ROSS (Landmaster Ride Optimized Suspension System) for improved ride quality across rough terrain.
Manufacturing
