Submission declined on 29 April 2025 by Theroadislong (talk). This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.

Comment: Fails WP:PROMO. For example, sentences like this are purely promotional: "The platform has been described as akin to a “CRM for strategic buyers,” emphasizing strategic supplier relationships rather than transactional procurement processes"Also, none of the sources referenced appear in WP:RSP. This isn't necessarily a dealbreaker, but it's not a good sign either. Caleb Stanford (talk) 21:04, 8 March 2025 (UTC)

Kodiak Hub is a Swedish enterprise software company specializing in cloud-based supplier relationship management (SRM)
and procurement analytics. Founded in 2016 by Malin Schmidt and based in Stockholm, the company provides a platform for procurement teams to manage supplier information, performance, risk, and compliance across their supply chains.[1] [2] Its software aggregates data from many different sources and uses artificial intelligence to help companies in their procurement and sourcing decisions.[3] [4]
History
[edit]Malin Schmidt, a procurement and sustainability professional, started Kodiak Hub in 2016 with the goal of digitalizing procurement workflows.[5] The company (originally known as Kodiak Rating) developed an SRM platform that allows organizations to evaluate suppliers on factors like quality, price, delivery reliability, and environmental impact.[6] Early clients included Swedish and international firms; by 2023 Kodiak Hub served over 50 corporate customers in more than ten countries, including companies such as Spotify, Northvolt and Logitech.[7]
In April 2023, Kodiak Hub secured a venture capital investment of 55 million SEK (about €5 million) in a round led by Stockholm-based firm BLQ Invest.[8][9] The funding was earmarked for international expansion, and existing investors Scandector and Racecraft also participated in the round.[10] In a news commentary on the deal, Breakit noted that “Kodiak Hub […] has built a platform that digitalises purchasing processes and supplier collaborations”, underscoring its role as a procuretech solution.[11]
In late 2024, the company raised an additional €6 million (approximately 70 million SEK) in growth capital, led by Oxx – a London-based B2B software investor.[12][13] This investment valued Kodiak Hub at around 420 million SEK post-money.[14] The proceeds were intended to fuel further global growth, including entry into the United States market.[15] At the time of the 2024 funding, Schmidt stated her ambition to double the company’s revenue in 2025 and reach about 500 million SEK in annual revenues within three years.[16] In an interview with Dagens Industri, she remarked that “we want to be the biggest, best and most beautiful” in the procuretech industry, signaling Kodiak Hub’s goal to become a market leader.[17]
