John Jay O'Hara (1921/1922 – December 7, 1997) was a lawyer who served as justice of the Kentucky Supreme Court from 1982 to 1983.
He served as Kenton County commonwealth attorney. He was defeated in his bid for reelection by Donald C. Wintersheimer.
