Jai Adhya Shakti (Gujarati: જય અદ્યાશક્તિ, ) is a Hindu religious song/arti written by Swami Shivanand Vamdev Pandey at the banks of Narmada.[1] it is an Gujarati language dedicated to Amba or Devi, popular sung during the Aarti ritual and Navaratri.

Origins

Shivanand Swami used to live at Nagarfalia on Ambaji Road, Surat. He was born to Vamdev Hari Har in 1541. Shivanand Swami once performed a yagna at Ambaji Temple in a Ashram and the aarti was written upon the completion of the yagna in the year 1601.[2][3]
