Isaac Darko-Mensah is a Ghanaian born on June 25 1983 at Asamankese. Mr. Darko-Mensah Country Director for Empower Playgrounds Inc. (EPI) in Ghana, where he leads transformative renewable energy and education initiatives across rural communities. Under his leadership, EPI has deployed energy-generating playground systems, solar lighting programs, and STEM learning tools that have enhanced educational access for thousands of students in off-grid areas.

He is a multi-award-winning development leader, recognized among Ghana’s 40 Under 40 achievers, listed in the 2024 Africa Most Impactful Persons, and honored among the Humanitarian Global Awards. These accolades reflect his commitment to sustainable community development, education equity, and impactful leadership across Ghana and beyond.

Isaac continues to champion the intersection of innovation, education, and energy, building partnerships and delivering solutions that transform lives and uplift underserved communities.
