International Academy of Ecology and Medicine
[edit]The International Academy of Ecology and Medicine (IAEM) is a private higher education institution established in 2011 in Kyiv, Ukraine. It was the first institution in the country to integrate ecological and medical disciplines into a unified educational approach.
Academic Programs
[edit]The academy offers master's-level education (second cycle) in the fields of medicine and dentistry. Instruction is available in both Ukrainian and English.
Educational facilities include modern laboratories, clinical rooms, and computer classes. The Department of Telemedicine enables the integration of remote learning elements.

[edit]The academy participates in the Erasmus+ program, collaborates with universities in Europe and the United States, promotes academic mobility, and regularly hosts foreign lecturers.
Partnerships
[edit]- On November 21, 2024, IAEM signed a cooperation agreement in scientific and educational fields with the O. M. Marzeiev Institute for Public Health, National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine.[1]
- A memorandum of understanding was signed between Kyiv University of Law, NAS of Ukraine and IAEM to promote joint educational, career guidance, and cultural activities.[2]
Recognitions
[edit]The International Academy of Ecology and Medicine is licensed by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and holds the highest level of accreditation. All degrees awarded to international students are subject to legalization and apostille by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
IAEM is listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools (WDOMS), formerly known as the International Medical Education Directory (IMED). This recognition allows IAEM graduates to apply for the United States Medical Licensing Examination and obtain certification through the Education Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG).
In addition, IAEM is officially listed by ENIC Ukraine, the national information center for academic recognition and mobility.
