In April 2025, the company launched a new segment called FlexLeaze, providing fit-out as a service and asset leasing solutions tailored for large and mid-sized corporates.[2]
Expansion and Funding
[edit]In November 2024, Incuspaze announced plans to raise $25 million in a pre-IPO funding round to support its expansion strategy, aiming to add another 2 million square feet to its portfolio by December 2025.[1] Earlier in July 2024, the company secured $8 million in funding from investors, including the India Inflection Opportunity Fund, to expand its business.[3]

[edit]- Chennai Expansion: In April 2025, Incuspaze leased 2.5 lakh square feet of office space in Chennai's IT corridor to establish a new coworking centre with a capacity of over 4,000 seats.[4]
- Mumbai Presence: In August 2024, the company leased 57,351 square feet in Mumbai's Hiranandani Light Hall Business Park to cater to the increasing demand for flexible office spaces.[5]
- Bengaluru Growth: Incuspaze expanded its footprint in Bengaluru by leasing 3.25 lakh square feet of office space in the QUBE Software Park, Outer Ring Road, capable of accommodating over 5,000 seats.[6]
