History

[edit]

Incuspaze was established in 2016 to address the growing demand for flexible workspaces among startups and enterprises in India. Over the years, the company has expanded its presence to 44 locations across 18 cities, managing a portfolio of approximately 4 million square feet of office space.[1]

In November 2024, Incuspaze announced plans to raise $25 million in a pre-IPO funding round to support its expansion strategy, aiming to add another 2 million square feet to its portfolio by December 2025.[1] Earlier in July 2024, the company secured $8 million in funding from investors, including the India Inflection Opportunity Fund, to expand its business.[3]
