Comment: This film may be notable, but it was only released yesterday and while the three sources do have significant coverage I'm not sure if they're fully independent, and without that the article doesn't pass Wikipedia:Notability (films). The review in Film Threat doesn't state that it's paid, but the Wikipedia article for Film Threat says that the site accepts money for reviews. I'm not sure about the other two sites. Could you either wait a bit and see if there are more review or if you think these sources are adequate, then add a bit of explanation of why on the talk page? Lijil (talk) 08:15, 22 June 2025 (UTC)

If You Should Leave Before Me is a 2025 drama film written and directed by Boyd and J. Markus Anderson in their feature length directorial debut. The film stars Shane P. Allen, John Wilcox, Tom Noga, Merrick McCartha, and Susan Louise O'Connor.
Premise
[edit]To escape grief, a married couple take time to deal with tragedy by interacting with the recently deceased on their way to the afterlife.[1]

Reception
[edit]Bobby LePire at Film Threat scored it 9 out of 10, calling it "wildly creative."[1] Morgan Rojas at Cinemacy said that it is "joyfully enriching with the ability to pull on the same emotional heartstrings as episode three of The Last of Us"[4] Eoghan Lyng at Dirty Movies recommended the film and said the "central leads are stellar, and the clever cinematic deviations add some kaleidoscopic flair to the work."[3] Darren Gaskell at Warped Perspective said "the pace may occasionally be a tad too leisurely, but The Andersons' uncommon examination of love and loss is frequently charming."[5]
