Hotel Legoland Shanghai is a themed hotel located within the Legoland Shanghai Resort in Fengjing, Jinshan District, Shanghai, China. It is set to open alongside the main park in July 2025.
LEGOLAND® Hotel offers 250 themed rooms across five LEGO worlds, including Castle, NINJAGO, FRIENDS, Monkie Kid, and City. Its exterior features 54 giant LEGO bricks, while inside guests can enjoy over 1,800 LEGO artworks and interactive play areas like the Adventure Play Area, Mini Castle, and Creative Workshop, creating a fully immersive LEGO experience for families.
Hotel Legoland Shanhai is located within the larger Legoland Shanghai Resort, providing direct access to the main theme park and other attractions on-site.[1] The architecture of the building includes 54 giant Lego bricks.[2]
Children and Lego enthusiasts helped designing the hotel. Each floor of the hotel is themed after a different Lego series, like pirate adventures, medieval castles and space exploration. The hotel contains 250 rooms, each decorated with a Lego theme including Lego City, Lego Friends, Lego Ninjago and Lego Monkie Kid.[3] The rooms includes Lego models and custom-built Lego creations.[1] The hotel has a total of 1800 artworks made of Lego[2] including 450 large Lego brick models.[4]
The accommodation includes multiple play areas entitled and gyms for guests of all ages.[3] The hotel offers Lego workshops and has indoor play areas and activity zones called Adventure Play Area and Mini Castle where children can freely build and play under the guidance of Lego specialists.[1]
